We provide comprehensive event planning services, including Day-of Coordination, Full Decor, and Set Up and Take Down.

What does "Day-of Coordination" entail?

Our Day-of Coordination service ensures that your event runs smoothly on the actual day. We handle vendor coordination, timeline management, and any last-minute details so you can relax and enjoy your event.

Do you offer Set Up and Take Down services?

Yes, we do. Our team will handle the setup of your event space, including decor placement, and we'll ensure everything is dismantled and cleaned up after the event, leaving you with no stress or mess to deal with.

Do you provide tables and chairs for rent?

No, we specialize in decor rentals and event coordination services. While we don't rent tables and chairs directly, we can assist you in finding reputable rental companies that offer these items.

How far in advance should I book your services?

It's best to book our services as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for popular dates. We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for weddings and large events.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

While we always strive to accommodate our clients' needs, last-minute bookings are subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.

What areas do you serve?

We provide our event planning services mainly in St. John's and Mount Pearl area, ensuring that clients across these locations can benefit from our expertise. For events held outside of these cities, additional travel fees may apply. Please contact us to see if we cater to your location.
